Last updated October 14, 2026. These terms apply to every rental from Taylor Portable Toilets Rental.

Booking and payment

Event rentals are paid in full by card when booked. Monthly rentals charge each 28-day cycle at its start; the first cycle also includes delivery. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and debit cards with no card fee. Kentucky sales tax is added unless you provide a valid exemption certificate.

Event rentals

Event pricing covers delivery up to one business day before the event and pickup up to one business day after, for up to 7 days. Weekend events are delivered Thursday or Friday and picked up Monday at no extra charge.

Monthly rentals and renewal

Monthly rentals renew every 28 days until you request pickup. Cycles are not prorated. We text a reminder 3 days before each new cycle. Billing stops on the day the unit is picked up. A one-time pickup charge is billed at the end.

Servicing

Rentals longer than 7 days include one service visit per week on a set weekday: pump-out, cleaning, deodorizer and restocking. Extra visits are billed per visit. If we cannot reach the unit on service day because of locked gates, blocked access or unsafe ground, a return trip may be billed.

Cancellations and changes

Event orders cancelled 48 hours or more before delivery are refunded in full. Cancellations inside 48 hours may carry a trip charge if the truck has been routed. Date changes are free with 24 hours' notice when a unit is available on the new date.

Placement and access

You choose a level, firm spot reachable by our truck. You confirm the spot is on property you control or have permission to use, and you handle any permits needed for public property. We are not responsible for damage to lawns from deliveries made at your requested spot in wet conditions.

Damage, loss and misuse

Normal wear is our cost. You are responsible for damage beyond normal wear, including fire, vandalism, graffiti, tipping by vehicles or animals, theft, and items dropped in the tank that require extra service. We explain any charge before billing it. Do not move a unit once placed; ask us to relocate it.

Weather

We may delay delivery, service or pickup for unsafe roads, flooding or severe weather. We will contact you with a new time. Units in flood-prone areas can be moved on request when roads are safe.
