What we collect
When you call, text or send the quote form, we collect what you give us: delivery ZIP or address, dates, unit type and quantity, guest or crew size, phone number, and, when you book, your name, email and billing details.
How the quote form works
The quote form on this site is processed by Web3Forms, which emails the form contents to us. Web3Forms handles the data under its own privacy policy. We do not store form data on this website.
How we use it
We use your information only to quote, schedule, deliver, service, pick up and bill your rental, and to text or call you about that rental. We do not sell or rent your information. We do not send marketing texts.
Payments
Card payments are processed by our payment processor. We do not keep full card numbers on file after the payment is processed.
Cookies and analytics
This site loads fonts from Google Fonts and, on the contact page, a Google Maps embed. Those services may set their own cookies or log your IP address. This site sets no advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
Rental records are kept for as long as needed for tax and accounting, usually up to 7 years.
